About Us

Don started out over 30 years ago as a "cleanup" kid in a local grocery store meat department.  He worked his way up over the years at different establishments refining the craft and ultimately became a journeyman meat cutter.  As grocery stores started eliminating the cutting and specialty areas of meat cutting and started to use only pre-cut, pre-packaged meat, Don missed the actual cutting and merchandising of the meats.  Delmonico's was born!
